What is Factus?
Factus is an invoicing, accounting and financial management platform for Dominican businesses. It centralizes electronic invoicing, collections, inventory, banking, tax reports and accounting in one modern and secure tool.
Is Factus ready for electronic invoicing?
Yes. Factus is ready for electronic invoicing, NCF, fiscal receipts, credit notes, withholdings and DGII reports such as 606, 607, 608 and IT-1.
Is Factus SaaS or on-premise?
Both options are available. In SaaS mode, the system runs in the cloud with high availability and no infrastructure maintenance required. In on-premise mode, it is installed on your own servers, ideal for empresas with privacy or regulatory compliance requirements.
How do I start invoicing with Factus?
Create your account, configure your company data, fiscal sequences, customers, products or services, and the system is ready to issue documents and record collections.
Does Factus include billing?
Yes. The Finance module allows you to issue invoices, generate receipts and produce financial reports. It integrates with customers, documents and local fiscal compliance requirements.
How many users can access the system?
The number of users depends on the plan. Pro includes role-based access control and granular permissions per module.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 30-day trial: 15 days with full Factus Pro access plus 15 additional days in limited mode. No credit card is required.
Is my data secure?
Security is a top priority. System access is protected by secure authentication, role permissions and an audit trail for sensitive company data.
What kind of support do you offer?
Starter includes email support with business-day response times. Pro includes priority support and assisted implementation.
How long does implementation take?
